Plant Financial Controller

• Proven working experience as a Controller;
• Experience in a manufacturing company is a big plus;
• Microsoft Dinamics AX software knowledge is a plus;
• 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience;
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting;
• Student ACCA; gradueate is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures;
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process;
• Excellent command in English.

• Actively attend Board Meeting and assist the Executive Director and the Board of Directors with financial reporting as required at Board meetings and provide advice to support the decision making process;
• Give support in achieving the budget objectives by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions;
• Manage the budgeting processes to monitor, control, approve and evaluate costs, revenues and cash flows;
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances;
• Prepare timely and complete reports in accordance with the Group Reporting Instructions;
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls;
• Coordinate month­end and year­end close process;
• Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit together with the Chief Accountant.
