Plant Controller- Oradea

• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or business studies
• Three years of experience in plant controlling or industrial finance, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, IFRS, and local GAAP.
• MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Very good SAP CO knowledge, especially in cost unit and profitability analysis
• Analytical mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
• Good written and spoken English skills, German language is a plus

• Serve as a trusted advisor to plant management and cost center owners, providing financial insights and guidance.

• Prepare deviation and variance analyses to monitor performance.
• Analyze monthly results and support the preparation of management reports.

• Determine and report production costs in line with group-wide standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of plant-specific KPIs.

• Lead the plant’s multi-year planning and rolling forecast processes.
• Support strategic planning with financial simulations and scenario analyses.

• Conduct profitability calculations and develop business cases.
• Oversee local investment projects, ensuring compliance with group investment standards.
• Manage investment reporting and monitor project performance.

• Supervise inventory processes, including valuation in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP.
• Ensure accurate stock reporting and support physical inventory counts.

• Responsible for HR-related reporting and time data management in coordination with HR and operations.

• Lead the month-end closing process for Controlling, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Actively contribute to controlling-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as the local key user for Controlling systems and tools.

• Prepare clear and impactful presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
