WHO YOU ARE
You are a professional who understands that working in an accounting firm is a high-stakes mix of agility and precision.
- Multi-Client Accountant: You have at least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm. You know exactly what it means to simultaneously manage a portfolio of entities at the "nivel balanta" (month-end closes, VAT, SAF-T, and all standard ANAF tax forms) and at "nivel bilant".
- Software Expert: You are an expert in at least SAGA or Nexus ERP. You don’t just "input data"; you know how to import CSV/XML files to maximise time efficiency.
- Tech Enthusiast: Google Sheets is your core tool. You have mastered Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Data Validation, and functions like QUERY and IMPORTRANGE. You have an automation-first mindset: we’ll provide the RPA tools (the robots), but you’re the one who identifies the workflows to optimise.
- Digital Native: You are accustomed to Cloud collaboration (Google Workspace), videocalls, screen sharing, VPNs, and Document Management Systems (DMS). You have a "zero-paper" mindset: everything is scanned, digitally archived, and automatically processed.
- Communicator: You have the ability to hold a technical conversation and write accurate reports in English. Our portfolio is international.

THE DEAL
- Net Salary: RON 6000 – 8000 (based on education and skills) + Meal Vouchers + Monthly performance Bonus (10% of extra services delivered).
- Additional Benefits: We cover the costs of your remaining ACCA/CFA exams.
- Location: Bucharest (Piața Victoriei) | Contract: Full‑time, indefinite.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Full-Cycle Accounting: A-to-Z accounting for a diverse portfolio of local and international clients.
- Tax Reporting & Compliance: Preparation and submission of tax returns and annual/interim financial statements.
- Automation: You will identify repetitive processes and implement automation solutions (RPA, Power Automate) with the help of our IT, to eliminate manual labor.
- Advisory: You will be the primary point of contact for your clients. You will explain the "story behind the numbers" and create data visualisation dashboards (Power BI/Looker Studio) that bring real value to their business.
