· Within the project team, be the customer's contact for all subjects concerning the scope of product quality during the development phase until final validation of the product.
· Being responsible for the quality level of the product, with a duty to alert in the event of non-compliance
· Be a source of suggestions for any opportunity to optimize the results Quality, Cost, Time of the project.
💼 Key Responsibilities
🧩 Product & Process Conformity
Define and negotiate product conformity criteria with customers—functional, dimensional, and aesthetic.
Ensure these criteria are verifiable, feasible, and clearly documented.
📈 Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
Coordinate APQP activities (FMEA, MSA, statistical studies, control plans) alongside the Project Manager.
Guarantee proper phasing, resource planning, and effective application.
⚙ Product Feasibility & Validation
Ensure feasibility mastery and alignment with required resources and competencies.
Lead Product/Process FMEAs with a focus on methodological accuracy.
Construct, validate, and implement control plans and measurement systems.
Participate in product qualification tests and pre-series validations.
🎯 Quality Oversight & Support
Train production teams on product/process requirements and quality tools.
Support with statistical studies and R&R analyses on key characteristics.
Oversee Quality Wall activities and resolve issues during series launch.
Manage document and data integration into customer and internal platforms.
🔄 Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
Communicate project KPIs (validation plans, conformity rates, FMEA results).
Solve problems with cross-functional teams using standard PVL methodologies.
Manage customer deviations, exemptions, and action plans to ensure compliance.
Capture project learnings and contribute to tool development and quality innovation.
📌 Periodic Responsibilities
Conduct targeted training for project stakeholders and production sites.
Respond to pre-project technical inquiries and support documentation.
Analyze changes in customer requirements and ensure proactive adaptation.
Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and training of new Project Quality Engineers.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
We’re looking for someone with a solid foundation in engineering and a sharp quality mindset:
🎓 Education:
Degree in a technical or quality-related field, with minimum 2 years of experience in mass-produced technical products
Alternatively, technician-level education with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role
🌍 Languages:
English: minimum B2 level
German: minimum C1 level (mandatory for German customer projects)

Our core activity is based on the injection with thermoplastic materials: PP, PA, ABS, PS, PC and adjacent activities such as assembly and decoration.

We are looking for a Pilot Quality Project ( PQP ) to join our team for 18 months, between October 2025- march 2027.
