Role Overview:
- We are looking for a highly trusted, dynamic and well-organised individual to work in close and continuous collaboration with the entrepreneur.
- The selected candidate will combine the roles of Personal Chief of Staff, Public Relations Manager and Assistant Manager, acting as a central operational, relational and communication figure across the entrepreneur’s activities in fashion and creative industries.
- The role includes direct involvement during Fashion Weeks and major industry events, as well as day-to-day support across multiple creative and entrepreneurial fields such as fashion, media, education, cultural initiatives, innovation-driven projects and strategic partnerships.
- This position is open to younger profiles with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, provided they demonstrate maturity, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.

Personal Chief of Staff & Assistant Manager – Fashion & Creative Industries
Key Responsibilities
Communication, Representation & Gatekeeping:
- Manage phone calls, emails and messages on behalf of the entrepreneur
- Act as first point of contact and official representative for clients, media, institutions, press and strategic partners
- Maintain and develop ongoing relationships with institutions, press and key stakeholders on behalf of the entrepreneur
- Filter incoming requests, assess priorities and protect the entrepreneur’s time
- Prepare briefings, summaries and structured follow-ups after meetings
Public Relations, Press & Media:
- Manage and nurture direct relationships with magazines, journalists, editors and PR agencies across fashion and creative sectors
- Evaluate, coordinate and follow up on interviews, press requests, public appearances and media exposure
- Actively manage press and media relations on behalf of the entrepreneur
- Safeguard and enhance public image, reputation and strategic positioning
Personal Social Media Management:
- Curate and manage the entrepreneur’s personal social media profiles (including content selection, tone of voice and positioning)
- Coordinate content related to fashion, creative projects, institutional activities and public presence
- Ensure coherence between public image, media exposure and strategic objectives
- Liaise with external social media managers, photographers or content creators when required
Assistant Manager & Operational Support:
- Support daily management activities across different business areas
- Coordinate internal workflows, deadlines and priorities
- Liaise with teams, collaborators and external consultants
- Support project execution, monitoring and follow-up across creative and business initiatives
Agenda & Strategic Coordination:
- Daily agenda management across multiple business areas
- Coordination of meetings, calls and strategic appointments
- On-site presence and operational support during:
Fashion Weeks, industry events, conferences, institutional meetings and key presentations
Institutions & Official Relations:
- Actively manage and maintain institutional relationships on behalf of the entrepreneur
- Coordinate interactions with universities, sponsors, foundations, public bodies and official organisations
- Draft formal emails, letters and official communications
- Represent the entrepreneur when appropriate and strategically relevant
Ideal Profile
Education:
- Completed university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required)
- Background in communication, public relations, marketing, management, international relations, fashion studies or related fields is preferred
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: executive assistance, assistant management, public relations, communication, social media, event organisation or creative industries.
- Experience in dynamic, multi-project or high-exposure environments is considered a strong advantage
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly, professionally and strategically on behalf of another person
- Strong organisational, prioritisation and coordination skills
- Problem-solving mindset, adaptability and flexibility
- High sense of responsibility, discretion and confidentiality
Languages
- English: mandatory, fluent level required
- Italian: considered a strong plus
- French and/or Romanian considered an additional plus
Location
Primary work location is the entrepreneur’s office.
Flexibility is required, including availability for frequent travel and on-site presence during events, meetings and international projects.
Flexible working schedule depending on business needs and event calendar.
