Proven experience as a Personal Assistant of minimum 3 years;
Highest level of discretion, integrity, honesty, loyalty and confidentiality;
Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with diverse personalities;
Problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations or requests efficiently and effectively;
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications;
Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail;
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage both business and personal responsibilities effectively;
High level of proactivity & ability to work independently.

The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director (MD) provides comprehensive administrative clerical and personal support to ensure the effective management of the MD’s professional and private commitments. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
Status: Full-time working – office setting with flexibility for local mobility.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal:
Assisting with personal tasks, such as running errands, personal shopping and other household tasks;
Managing and organizing the director’s calendar, including reservations, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events;
Maintaining files and documents, both physical and digital, in an organized manner;
Communicating with household staff, service providers, or vendors, ensuring timely execution of required tasks;
Office:
Managing and organizing the director’s agenda & office;
Handling correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls;
Conducting research and providing information upon request;
Preparing reports, memos, invoices, and other documents;
Facilitating communication between the employer and other staff members or clients;
Planning and booking business travel, accommodation, itineraries, and logistics for meetings or corporate events.Handling other tasks or duties as required within the office.
