• C1/C2 English, comfortable interacting with native English speakers

• Strong communication skills and professional presence
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Advanced MS Office skills

Key Responsibilities

• Managing complex business and personal calendars, ensuring seamless coordination
• Handling travel arrangements and last-minute schedule changes
• Acting as first point of contact and welcoming clients with professionalism
• Supporting the preparation and formatting of commercial proposals based on templates
• Managing correspondence, documents, and administrative workflows
• Handling urgent and ad-hoc requests with efficiency
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operational support for the Managing Director
