Requirements:
Must-Have:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience producing TikTok or Meta ad creatives (organic or paid) with measurable performance results.
- Strong English — written and spoken. You must understand US cultural context, slang, and tone.
- High proficiency in video editing tools
- Data literacy: you know the difference between a vanity metric (likes) and a performance metric (CPA, ROAS, hold rate).
- Location: Must be based in or near Bucharest. While the role is mostly remote, we require occasional in-person meetups for strategy sprints.
Strong Plus:
- Experience with TikTok Shop backend, affiliate management, or creator outreach programs.
- Background in direct response copywriting or familiarity with direct response principles (hooks, leads, urgency, proof).
- Portfolio or examples of creatives you've produced that drove measurable sales or conversions.

You'll treat creative as a lever for revenue: scripting, producing, testing, and iterating at volume, with a direct line of sight to CPA, ROAS, and top line growth.

Key Objectives:

- Reverse-engineer top-performing ads: identify the psychological triggers, adapt the framework, and deploy it for our products.
- Deliver a concise weekly "State of the Market" brief with specific, actionable takeaways.
