You will be the go-to person for HR, admin, and people processes, working closely with management and team leads.

HR Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the HR strategy in line with the company’s objectives
- Propose and update the organizational structure, org chart, and internal workflows
- Coordinate recruitment and selection (job descriptions, interviews, assessments, offers)
- Manage relationships with job platforms, recruitment agencies, and external partners
- Ensure HR administration and full compliance with labor legislation
- Prepare and verify HR documents: employment contracts, addendums, decisions, Revisal, certificates, etc.
- Work closely with accounting / payroll on salaries, bonuses, meal tickets, and declarations
- Monitor timesheets, leaves, and overtime
- Track legislative changes and update internal policies and procedures
- Conduct exit interviews and report on employee turnover
- Provide HR and labor law consultancy to management and employees
- High-impact position with real ownership and visibility
