We are looking for a People & Culture Specialist to support the implementation and coordination of key People & Culture activities for this new location. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the setup of a new operation and play an important role in recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, training coordination, and local employer branding initiatives.
You will work closely with site leadership, operational managers, and regional HR to ensure smooth and effective delivery of core P&C processes.

What we are looking for
- Experience in HR / People & Culture, preferably in an operational environment
- Experience in recruitment, employee administration, onboarding, and day-to-day HR support
- Experience in logistics, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, or another fast-paced environment will be an advantage
- Good understanding of local labor law and HR administration processes
- Experience in cooperation with external recruitment agencies or temporary workforce providers will be a plus
- Confidence in working with HR systems, ATS, and MS Office tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently while cooperating effectively with local and regional stakeholders
- High level of accuracy, responsibility, and professionalism
- Very good command of English
- University degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or a related field will be an advantage

Your responsibilities
What we offer
- Support the implementation of People & Culture processes and standards for the new site
- Coordinate day-to-day HR administration and ensure accuracy and compliance in personnel documentation and processes
- Support recruitment activities for blue- and white-collar roles, including cooperation with external recruitment and temporary workforce partners
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees and support a positive employee experience from day one
- Support training and development initiatives in line with business and operational needs
- Assist managers in everyday people-related topics in cooperation with the regional P&C structure
- Maintain employee data in HR systems and support preparation of HR reports, analyses, and internal documentation
- Support workforce planning activities and help monitor hiring progress in line with ramp-up needs
- Coordinate local employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence on the Romanian market
- Support employee communication and engagement activities at site level
- Ensure alignment of local HR activities with company policies, legal requirements, and regional / group standards
- Cooperate with relevant stakeholders in the area of Health & Safety-related people processes
- Identify operational HR issues and escalate them when needed to the appropriate business or HR stakeholders
- Contribute to building a positive, collaborative, and performance-oriented work environment
