Candidatul Ideal
- Degree in Business Administration, HR Management or a related field with a focus on controlling;
- Several years of experience in controlling and reporting, ideally in an HR context;
- Strong skills in MS Excel; experience with SAP HCM, SAP BI and SuccessFactors is a plus;
- Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI is advantageous;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex topics;
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, independent and precise working style;
- Excellent communication and consulting skills;
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
