Candidatul Ideal
· Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role (minimum 2 years);
· Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field;
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS office tools;
· Fluency in English;
· Capability of exercising extreme discretion;
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment;
· Strong organizational and analytical skills needed;
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
· Must possess a positive “can do” attitude and willingness to learn new things.
Descrierea jobului
· Implementation of core processes in the areas of compensation & benefits;
· Responsible for company-wide Payroll Processing;
· Collect and centralize all payroll supporting information (time sheets, medical and holiday leaves, salary changes, bonuses, lunch tickets, benefits in kind, new entries, leavers etc.);
· Recording all salary information in the HR payroll system;
· Develop, update, and conduct employee communication and education programs to create an understanding of compensation and benefits programs with employees and managers;
· Run all Time and Attendance Reports;
· Maintain all payroll data, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality;
· Document benefit and compensation administration practices and system procedures focusing on best practices;
· Preparation of analytical and statistical reports presentations;
· Accurate and timely payroll delivery;
· Input & check the payroll output for accuracy and to meet legislative requirements;
· Preparation of the monthly payroll statement and sending out pay slips;
· Preparation and submission in due time of the declarations: 112 regarding income tax and social contributions
· Ensures an efficient and consistent relationship with specific institutions – National Institute of Statistics, the Territorial Labor Chamber and the Territorial Health Insurance Institute;
· Monitors all law changes and analyses their impact on employees and employers;
· Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the filed;
· Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations;
· Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports;
· Gives assistance to the HR Director in development and management of rewards instruments (e.g. fix/variable pay, incentives, grading, benefits, pensions plans, payroll);
