Candidatul Ideal

This role best fits candidates who are detail-oriented, comfortable working in complex international environments, and able to navigate legislative requirements and employee communications.
1-5 years of experience in payroll, ideally in a multinational or SSC/BPO environment (there are multiple roles with different levels of seniority);
Strong attention to detail and ability to validate large amounts of data;
Good communication and stakeholder management skills;
Fluency in **French** and **English.**

Descrierea jobului

We are now looking to build a French & English speaking Payroll team who will transition and operate international payroll for a number of European countries (Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, etc).
Collect, consolidate, and validate payroll inputs from HRBPs and advisors (new hires, terminations, contractual changes, absences, medical leaves, benefits, pension schemes etc);
Perform plausibility checks to ensure correctness of documents, compliance with taxation rules, deductions, and legal requirements;
Collaborate with payroll vendors (when the case) – transmit validated inputs, review results, confirm final payroll documents, and prepare for funding together with the Finance team;
Ensure compliance with local legislation and share updates with the vendor on any legislative changes;
Manage payroll reporting and sign-off of statutory and final reports;
Facilitate communication with employees on payroll matters;
Support on international assignment cases impacting payroll;
Act as back-up for other country payroll as needed.
