Candidatul Ideal

Proven work experience as a Financial Services Partnerships Manager, Marketing Manager, or any other partner-facing relevant roles
Proven ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Sugar CRM, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian
BA/BS degree in Economics, Business, Marketing or any other relevant fields
Willingness to travel as needed

Serve as a point of contact for Italian and Romanian partners in the company’s portfolio, via mail, live chat and voip telephone.

Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships and affiliate relationships to drive business growth.

Negotiate and finalize partnership deals and agreements in alignment with company objectives.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and implement effective partnership strategies.

Monitor, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.

Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and affiliates, ensuring their needs are met while aligning with our business goals.

Attend industry events and conferences to network and identify new partnership opportunities.

Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to suggest innovative partnership opportunities.

The positions are fully remote for the colleagues living across Romania and hybrid for our team in Bucharest
