We are seeking a talented and experienced Order-to-Cash Reporting Specialist with a focus on the O2C process in the finance team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel skills with knowledge of diverse functions, exceptional presentation abilities, and expertise in data visualization techniques (Graphs, Charts). This role requires a deep understanding of financial data, as well as the ability to derive actionable insights to optimize the Order-to-Cash cycle.

Essential Functions required by the role:

Good understanding of Order to cash (O2C)
2-3 years of experience in AR reporting – including debtors aging, unapplied cash reporting, Past due analysis
Experience in analyzing unstructured data, spooling data from multiple sources and converting them into meaningful insights
Gather and analyse multiple data sets to guide an organisation's decision making and improve performance.
Prepare presentation for weekly/monthly reviews for customer
Actively participate in call/meetings with stakeholders and document the reporting requirement and develop the required reports & analysis
Ability to present accurate & detailed reports

It's important to note that the job is hybrid: during the initial two-month training your presence will be required at the office more often. Depending on your performance after the training, you will be able to work remotely as well. Our office in Cluj-Napoca is located on Croitorilor Street, nr.12-14, very close to the Mihai Viteazul square.
