Job Description
We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Order Coordinator Analyst to manage the end‑to‑end process of entering and validating sales orders in Axon systems. You will help ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, timely order processing, and effective communication between Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.
Responsibilities
-Enter and validate sales orders in CRM and ERP systems.
-Ensure order accuracy and compliance with ATF regulations.
-Process orders within the 48‑hour SLA.
-Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to resolve order‑related issues.
-Provide full support for distributors and internal stakeholders.
-Manage order queues, reports, and updates.
-Escalate operational issues when needed.
-Offer backup support during team absences.
-Participate in process improvements, special projects, and administrative tasks.
