Operator call center (limba germana)

Qualifications:

Fluent in German (both verbal and written) is essential.

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our Call Center team as an Operator fluent in German. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in German, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products/services.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls from customers in German, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.

Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues, gather feedback, or provide additional information as needed.

Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products/services, promotions, and policies to customers.

Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues or complaints they may have.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.

Meet or exceed performance targets for call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction.
