🎯 Must-Have Skills
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Strong English skills (C1 level)
- Good Excel knowledge
- A team-player attitude with proactive behavior
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
⭐ Nice-to-Have Skills
You’ll stand out if you have:
- Additional foreign languages: Dutch, German, or others
- Experience with CargoWise or similar TMS systems
- Studies or proven experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarding
- Accounting studies, certification, or diploma
- Experience with Odoo or similar accounting software

As a Back Office Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless daily operations by:
- Managing and maintaining operational data
- Creating transport files and updating operational systems
- Handling document management workflows
- Preparing reports for internal teams
- Supporting operational teams with various administrative and coordination tasks
- Reconciliation of bank payments
- Processing vendor invoices
- Monitoring payment statuses and overdue balances
- Providing support to operational teams, including handling reversals
- Collaborating closely with senior accountants and the wider team
Your work contributes directly to smoother processes and higher operational efficiency.
