The department

Our operations team is often described as ‘conductor’ of the orchestra. We work between our global network of sales offices and our suppliers to ensure that we deliver against every promise that we make to our customers. There’s never a dull moment as we strive to make holiday dreams come true.

Our operations team sits in between our Sales offices and Client facing Operations, taking care of all the back-office operations of our groups. They start from checking and double checking the feasibility of the itineraries, sending rooming lists to suppliers, ensuring every destination condition is respected to avoid any issues on the road and end up issuing all travel documents for our clients (final itinerary, G2/ supplier vouchers, etc)


The role

As an Operations Executive, you’ll work closely with our customer facing teams to ensure that every detail of the holiday is delivered to perfection. You’ll be carefully checking that the itineraries planned with our clients can be delivered to the highest standards, within budget and that we respect all of the different rules which exist to ensure that our holidays operate safely and in accordance with the rules and obligations that are placed upon us by the different countries in which we operate.

Operations Support Executives act as an extension of the Client Operations teams and based on the client profile as well as indications received at materialisation stage, they make holiday dreams come true by coordinating all reservations departments to confirm services as per request:

Check feasibility and accuracy of itineraries so they can then issue of all Tour documentation for the clients.
Coordinate with Internal departments to resolve accounts queries and other discrepancies.
Monitor booking situation of services and highlight to management any potential issues.
Keep Client operations staff informed on the status of any bookings that cannot be confirmed within the set deadlines.
Respond to all messages and queries from other offices and departments within the given time frame.
Co-ordinate our Internal departments to resolve queries and any other discrepancies
Prioritise workloads to ensure that critical deadlines are achieved
