Proven experience overseeing multiple physical locations, maintaining service quality and controlling costs at scale;
Ability to lead Regional and Club Managers, build accountability, and embed company culture across all levels;
Familiarity with permitting processes, hygiene standards, and representing the organization before authorities;
Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and drive corrective actions when needed;
Strong communicator, capable of managing relationships from club members up to Board and CEO level;
Experience standardizing SOPs and building operational infrastructure to support business growth.

Representing the company before authorities and facilitating the obtaining of permits and operational documentation;
Acting as an ambassador for the organization, maintaining conduct and communication that reflects company values at every level;
Serving as the senior point of accountability for client relations across all clubs, fostering strong relationships with members and external partners;
Overseeing the management and quality of personal training services delivered across the club network;
Leading and coordinating recruitment and onboarding efforts across all departments;
Enforcing rigorous hygiene, sanitation, and environmental health standards across all club facilities;
Acting as the primary liaison between club-level operations and internal compliance or specialized departments when regulatory matters arise;
Monitoring operational performance continuously, identifying deficiencies and driving corrective actions;
Ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures are accurately implemented and consistently followed at every club location;
Directing Regional Managers in executing technical maintenance, cleanliness, and day-to-day operational procedures;
Providing close leadership and guidance to the Regional and Club Manager layer, embedding the company's mission and core principles into daily operations;
Proactively communicating to the CEO any risks, incidents, or developments that could negatively impact the business;Collaborating with the CEO, the Board, and senior leadership to design and scale the operational infrastructure, internal processes, and workforce structures needed to support business growth.
