We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Operational Assets Officer to take ownership of our uniform and operational asset program. You'll play a key role in ensuring our teams have the right uniforms and equipment when they need them, while keeping inventory accurate, organized, and running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing
Manage Uniforms & Operational Assets
Keep track of all company uniforms and related operational assets from delivery to distribution and replacement.
Ensure employees receive the correct uniform sizes and required items.
Monitor stock levels and proactively arrange replenishments before shortages occur.
Maintain organized storage areas and ensure assets are properly accounted for.
Inventory & Record Management
Maintain accurate inventory records using company systems.
Track asset movements, allocations, returns, repairs, and replacements.
Perform regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies when necessary.
Generate reports and provide inventory updates to management.
Procurement & Supplier Coordination
Work closely with the Procurement team to support purchasing activities.
Follow up on orders, delivery schedules, and supplier timelines.
Coordinate with suppliers, tailors, and service providers to ensure quality and timely service.
Raise approved purchase requests to maintain stock availability.
Quality & Maintenance
Inspect uniforms to ensure they meet company standards.
Coordinate repairs, alterations, and replacements when required.
Oversee uniform care processes, including washing, ironing, and maintenance.
Help ensure employees always present a professional and consistent appearance.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve inventory control and asset management processes.
Recommend practical solutions that increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Support company initiatives aimed at improving operational standards and employee experience.
What We're Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
Fluent in English and Romanian, both written and spoken.
Comfortable using computers and inventory management systems.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to solve problems and improve processes.
Nice to Have
Experience in inventory management, logistics, procurement support, or asset control.
A passion for organization, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
