Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Manage the onboarding process for new restaurant and retail merchants;
- Create and maintain merchant venue pages, including menu setup, product photos, translations, and updates, in line with Wolt’s brand standards;
- Ensure merchants receive Wolt-grade service throughout onboarding by monitoring progress, addressing needs, and maintaining supportive communication;
- Support post-activation success by sharing insights, best practices, and aligning merchants with Wolt’s service standards;
- Oversee administrative systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and updated databases;
