Candidatul Ideal
In this dynamic role, you will moderate content for one of our top clients, ensuring compliance with content policies and providing support for service issues. We are looking for proactive Content Moderators fluent in German and English with a minimum of 6 months of content moderation experience to join our team engaging with customers from leading brands in tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and more.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Languages: Proficient or bilingual in English and German.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in content moderation.
- Personal Attributes: Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
- Work Requirements: Availability to work on-site in Bucharest.

- Moderate Content: Review text, legal documents and other online content to ensure compliance with client policies.
- Flag Non-Compliant Material: Identify and escalate content that does not meet guidelines.
- Stay Updated: Keep up to date with platform content policies and industry best practices.
- Support Brand Experience: Contribute to better experiences for clients and users.
- Develop Skills: Learn and apply software tools that enhance moderation and customer experiences.
