Ideal candidate:
- Relevant degree in Marketing / Economics / Business / IT
- 2-5 year experience in a similar position
- Organizing and prioritizing with ease: no day is like the previous one, thus our new colleague should simplify the internal communication, sending materials, offering support where needed: from answering questions on FB / Insta for the various brands in the portfolio to preparing goods import papers
- Affinity for the numbers: master of xls, track KPIs, evaluate the performance of the campaigns, check client’s reports
- Practical skills and flexibility: down to earth approach of daily challenges.

Our new colleague should:
- Prepare invoices and other logistics papers for the received orders
- Obtain UIT codes for transportation
- Help preparing banners / posts & materials with the agencies for the various clients
- Support for various logistics tasks
- Monthly reporting: check clients’ reports, help with preparing documents for the accountancy department, report imported goods
- Send monthly materials to colleagues in the field; create awb / confirm with warehouse if necessary.
