Odoo Developer

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience developing and customising Odoo (v16, 17, 18 or later)
- Knowledge of Python (Odoo backend) and JavaScript / TypeScript (frontend)
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, XML, QWeb, and Odoos ORM
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and preferably Docker / Kubernetes
- Basic knowledge of APIs and web services (REST, JSON, XML)

Now, they are looking for an Odoo Developer to play a key role in the technical implementation and delivery of Odoo projects. You will collaborate closely with Odoo experts & consultants. Your job is to translate functional requirements into working code, implement custom features, maintain modules, and optimise Odoo environments.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, customise, and extend Odoo modules (backend and frontend) following best practices
- Integrate Odoo with other systems via APIs, ETL tools, or custom connectors
- Debug, performance tune, and refactor existing code
- Write unit tests and automate testing where possible
- Work in an Agile team setup: sprints, code reviews, peer programming
- Contribute to deployment and maintenance (Docker, CI/CD, DevOps tooling)
- Provide technical guidance on scalability, security, and architecture
- Use AI integration to speed up the development process with the support of a senior dev
