We’re about to open the doors to a brand-new hotel in Bucharest, and we want you to be part of
this exciting journey! As our Night Auditor, you’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience
from day one.As a Night Auditor, you will be the face of the hotel and the first impression for our guests. From
welcoming guests with a genuine smile to ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out
experience, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service while keeping operations
smooth and efficient while running reports and performing night audit internal duties.Night Shift only (22:00PM-07:00AM) – 5 shifts/week with 2 days off/weekYour Journey
Act as a warm and welcoming host, anticipating guest needs and going the extra mile.
Handle reservations, arrivals, departures, and assigned front desk tasks with confidence, accuracy, and efficiency.
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless daily operations and a flawless guest experience.
Maintain the front desk area as not only functional, but also an inviting and stylish reflection of the hotel’s standards.
Perform night audit duties, including daily closure and preparation of required reports in line with internal SOPs.
Consistently follow the hotel’s operational standards and procedures to ensure excellence and compliance.What do you bring to your trip
Proven ability to deliver attentive and professional guest service.
Confidence to work independently while knowing when and how to escalate complex matters.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in everything you do.
Familiarity with hotel systems and reservations software or the drive to learn quickly.
A team spirit and a genuine passion for hospitality and service delivery.
Familiarity with Opera PMS is an advantage, though not essential.
Excellent communication skills (bonus points if you speak multiple languages!) Romanian and English required.Diversity and Sustainability
