About the role
As a New Store Opening District Manager, you will ensure that our sales agents (external partners) have everything they need to open new stores successfully, while strictly following FROO’s standards, processes, and procedures. This position is essential for delivering excellent results from day one of each store opening.

✅ Your Profile:

• Proven experience managing external partners
• Previous experience in the Food / FMCG industries
• Valid driving licence – category B – and ability to travel within the assigned region
• Strong decision-making and organisational skills
• Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work independently
• Creativity and openness to new approaches
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills

Main Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with sales agents/partners, guiding them through the store opening preparation process
• Manage the end-to-end process of opening new stores in accordance with company standards
• Ensure that all necessary tools, resources, and information are provided for a successful store launch
• Guarantee that all FROO standards are fully implemented during store openings
