The Digital Career Program is designed for talented students and recent graduates who are eager to start and develop their careers within the digital and IT organization of a multinational company. Participants will support the development of new digital solutions and technologies that enable the company’s digital transformation across multiple business areas, including:
- Sales
- Services
- Supply Chain
- Operations
- Finance
- Internet of Things (IoT)
- Data Management
- Cyber Security & IT Management
- Procurement & Quality
Throughout the program, participants will gain first-hand exposure to the company’s corporate culture and values and will actively contribute to digital transformation initiatives.

- Attend structured training sessions covering business processes, IT and digital technologies, as well as specific soft skills;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams involved in digital transformation projects;
- Support the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions;
- Gain a solid understanding of how digital processes operate within a multinational environment;
- Be guided and supported by a dedicated tutor throughout the learning and integration process.
The ICT Analyst role acts as a bridge between IT and business, with the primary objective of understanding operational processes and implementing practical digital solutions within the company’s existing applications.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate meets the following criteria:
- University degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Economics, or a similar field;
- Strong interest and passion for IT, digital technologies, innovation, and digital transformation;
- Clear ambition to grow into an Analyst or Developer role within a multinational company;
- Proactive, open-minded, and analytical mindset;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluent English.
