National Sales Manager for Banking Products

• 5–7 years of experience in financial/banking product sales, including managerial roles.
• Experience in building or scaling sales networks (foreign markets / CEE region is a plus).
• Very good knowledge of the banking sector and financial products.
• Ability to manage a dispersed team and implement sales processes.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Romania.
• Higher education (economics, finance, business – preferred).
• Fluency in Romanian and English; knowledge of Polish will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Building and implementing the strategy for a nationwide sales network in Romania.
• Recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales managers and advisors.
• Creating and improving sales processes, work standards, and KPIs.
• Analyzing the Romanian market and identifying development opportunities.
• Cooperation with Blue Idea headquarters (product, marketing, operations, management).
• Building relationships with business partners and financial institutions.
• Reporting results and providing recommendations to the Management Board.
