Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Specialist/Generalist, HR Administration, Recruitment, or Mobility Coordination role.
- Previous experience working with staffing agencies, blue-collar recruitment, or temporary workforce management is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Romanian labor law - orientation in the labor code and related regulations.
- Very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level) which is necessary for communication with headquarters.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Common sense and practical approach
- Responsability, reliability, confidentiality.
- Independence and desire to learn things quickly are also very important. If you do not know anything at the beginning, we will be happy to show you everything. However, we expect you to be able to do similar tasks by yourself next time.
- Organizational skills - you should be able to identify the main priorities and organize your work as efficiently as possible.
- Very good communication skills.
- The desire to improve things and the willingness to accept changes. The fact that today we do things in a certain way, does not mean we are going to do them the same way for the next 5 years.

How you will spend your time with us?
As Mobility Coordinator(main activity):
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process for agency workers assigned to warehouse operations.
- Maintain daily communication with staffing agencies regarding employee attendance, replacements, documentation, and workforce planning.
- Ensure all employee documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with Romanian labor legislation.
- Monitor workforce availability and support operational staffing needs together with warehouse management.
- Coordinate employee mobility, shift allocations, transfers, and assignment changes when required.
- Act as the primary HR contact for employees during their assignment.
- Support attendance tracking, absence management, and HR reporting.
- Collaborate with payroll and staffing partners to ensure accurate employee records and payroll-related information.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement, onboarding, and internal communication initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and KPIs related to workforce planning, attendance, turnover, and staffing performance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and operational efficiency.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee development, performance management, and offboarding.
- Ensure HR compliance and administration by preparing employment documentation, supporting payroll and benefits administration, and maintaining compliance with Romanian labor legislation.
- Partner with management and internal stakeholders by providing HR guidance, supporting workforce planning, implementing HR processes, and coordinating with Legal when required.
- Monitor and improve HR operations through internal communication, HR reporting and KPI tracking, and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR policies and processes.
