- 3–5 years of experience in software development

We are looking for 2 Middle Full-Stack Developers with a strong backend focus to join our team. This role is best suited for developers who enjoy building solid backend systems while still being comfortable contributing across the stack when needed.
For this position, we are looking for engineers with solid experience in PHP, Laravel, and Python, who are confident in backend development, API design, database work, and writing clean, maintainable code.
You will work on custom software products with real business impact, alongside developers, QA engineers, designers, project managers, and product stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve web applications with a strong focus on backend functionality
- Build and integrate REST APIs and core business logic using PHP, Laravel, and Python
- Contribute to full-stack development tasks when needed, including frontend implementation
- Design scalable and maintainable technical solutions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile setup
- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, code reviews, demos, and releases
- Optimize performance, reliability, and security across applications
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production and development issues
- Contribute to technical discussions and help improve development standards and practices
