Candidatul Ideal
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager (or similar PM delivery role)
- Proven experience working on international projects or with international clients/stakeholders
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management (planning → delivery → closure)
- Experience managing project schedules and budgets
- Strong coordination skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a structured environment with documentation and reporting discipline
- Experience in IT projects, infrastructure rollouts, service delivery, or operational projects
- Familiarity with government / defense / NATO-related environments
- Knowledge of project management frameworks (PMI / PRINCE2 / Agile exposure)
- Experience managing subcontractors and external vendors
- Ability to travel occasionally (depending on project needs)
- Project scheduling and tracking (MS Project, Excel trackers, Smartsheet, etc.)
- Budget tracking and cost forecasting
- Risk and issue management
- Stakeholder communication and escalation handling
- Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail
- Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring full control of scope, timelines, budget, and stakeholder alignment.
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, quality standards, and timelines
- Manage task allocation and follow-up across internal teams and external partners
- Lead project kickoff meetings and ongoing progress reviews
- Track project budgets, cost forecasts, resource usage, and project financial performance
- Identify schedule risks early and propose corrective actions
- Maintain structured reporting on progress, risks, and cost deviations
- Ensure strong alignment between project execution and commercial expectations
- Act as the key point of contact between the company, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Coordinate international stakeholders
- Manage expectations, ensure transparency, and communicate updates clearly
- Prepare weekly/monthly project status reports (schedule, budget, risk, action items)
- Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, decision logs, and action trackers
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and contractual reporting requirements
- Identify project risks, track mitigation plans, and ensure follow-through
- Manage escalations professionally and propose practical solutions
- Support resolution of delivery blockers (logistics, staffing, onboarding, dependencies)
