Mid-Senior IT Specialist

• Capable of handling complex network configurations and system management tasks
• Effective in written and verbal communication, providing step-by-step technical help as needed
• Be willing to work from the office (On-site job).

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure and maintain computer and network systems within the company
• Provide daily support to internal staff, addressing technical, hardware and software issues
• Offer professional assistance and system support to enhance organizational operations.

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field
• Minimum of one year of experience in IT technical support
• Proficient in Windows/MacOS, Microsoft Office 365 and OSI network models
• Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and related technology
• Skilled in diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across hardware & software
• Experience with remote desktop applications and ticketing systems
• Excellent prioritization, multi-tasking, time management and communication skills
• Proven ability as a team player with strong problem-solving capabilities.
