Role Summary:
Your role is to improve patient outcomes by providing education and support to patients, healthcare professionals, and commercial partners, while working with distributors to drive product sales.

Ensure increased product usage within your region;
Regularly call and meetings with patients using voice prosthesis, and adhesives to educate and increase product use and effectiveness;
Drive new patient acquisition by gaining new registration forms and provide patients with samples/ starter kits/ educational materials;
Ensure sales growth within the specific region;
Manage the sales budget, analyzing sales results and setting directions for actions to increase them;
You will have regular visits with key hospital accounts to educate and build relations with HCP's and KOL's;
You will formulate and implement an effective strategy for acquiring new clients and sales channels within your region;
You will support launches of new products, active search for new business development opportunities, evaluation of new business development opportunities with active participation in creating and launching new products on the market;
Together with our distributor you will support the creation and implementation of local marketing strategy;
Organizing marketing events, workshops, symposium, scientific conferences, congresses
Co-operate with scientific associations, groups of patients;
Monitor the market and competitors' activities to recommend changes in products and trading strategies.
