We are excited to welcome new Medical Representatives to our expanding Medical Promotion team, covering Bucuresti area.
This role focuses on promoting Alfasigma’s high-quality pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff), in alignment with scientific standards, ethical guidelines, and company strategy. We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team in a medical promotion role focused on gastroenterology, with a particular emphasis on probiotic / supliments products within the CHC (Consumer Health Care) segment.
Ideal Candidate:
This role focuses on promoting Alfasigma’s high-quality pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff), in alignment with scientific standards, ethical guidelines, and company strategy. We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team in a medical promotion role focused on gastroenterology, with a particular emphasis on probiotic / supliments products within the CHC (Consumer Health Care) segment.
Ideal Candidate:
- A university degree in Pharmacy or Medicine (considered a strong advantage).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical promotion, with proven exposure to: probiotics, supliments promotion in the CHC segment and gastroenterology as the main therapeutic area (this is essential).
- Demonstrated understanding of the probiotics market and key customer drivers.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, both with HCPs and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a genuine team player.
- Strong customer orientation and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Have a good command of English.
- Strong sense of reliability, consistency, and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Alfasigma products to healthcare professionals through scheduled visits, ensuring coverage and frequency align with the approved territory plan.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, identifying and proposing new relevant contacts and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) in the assigned territory.
- Deliver accurate, up-to-date, and strategic product information using promotional materials approved by the company. Address objections and provide scientific clarification where needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (Medical, Marketing, Market Access) to ensure alignment and support scientific engagement activities.
- Propose and support local medical initiatives (e.g. scientific events, expert-led sessions, speaker programs) to increase brand visibility and engagement in line with compliance and ROI standards.
- Participate in local, national, or international medical congresses and symposia, as directed by the company.
- Submit timely, accurate reports and territory analyses as per internal requirements.
