If you share our ideas, we at ADAPT MEDICAL SRL are looking for a dynamic and responsible professional for the position of consultant for medical products in a newly opened store in Bucharest, who will:
• Performs commercial consultation and provides necessary product information to store customers.
• Knows:
the distribution of items and services by sector in the store;
in detail the specifics of each product - warranty period, service bases, conditions of installation or delivery
in detail and actively offers the additional products and services offered by the company;
procedures for processing claims, warranty and post-warranty service
• Answers phone calls from customers.
• Receives, processes and completes documents from clients (lease contracts, etc.)
• Processes Online orders, ensuring they are received and processed on a daily basis according to company standards.

We expect our future colleague to:
• Diploma of completed medical education - doctor, pharmacist, occupational therapist, kinesitherapist, rehabilitator
• Has experience in managing relations with clients and/or is a communicative person who quickly and easily interacts with other people;
