- Speak English at an advanced level
- Have the will to learn SAP (previous knowledge is an advantage)
- Are autonomous in using Excel (VLOOKUP, IF functions, Pivot)
- Are open minded, good communicator, proactive and energetic
- Are used to working in a fast moving environment, with tight deadlines

Your daily tasks:
You give us energy and determination, we give back:
- Will receive the orders from the Customer department
- To place the orders to the suppliers, based on clients requirements, using SAP and considering stock and daily covering
- To monitor the stock on daily and weekly basis
- Keeping the direct contact to the suppliers and fully know their capacity, production planning and shipment
- Close contact to reception Department in order to promptly solve the issues that may occur
