• Good digital skills (Microsoft Office 365, etc).
• Good knowledge of digital channels (Google Ads, social media, websites, advertising, etc).
• Good knowledge of digital content creation tools, photo/video editors (Canva, Adobe), analytics.
• Proactive, with a can-do attitude; self-starter, quick learner.
• Good written and oral communication skills in Romanian and English.
• Able to take initiative and suggest ideas, improvements and harmoization.
• Able to work independently as well to actively cooperate within internal and external clients.

• Content translations management (global marketing materials to be localized in Romanian).
• Create (edit or translate) and upload news, educational and advertorial articles.
• SEO creation for subpages and products, handling the website (penosil.com/ro) and its "needs" in Wordpress.
• Set-up and monitorization of Digital Campaigns – Google, Youtube, Facebook, etc.
• Social media channels managenent.
• Monitoring key performance indicators using Google Analytics and Power BI.
• Active role in events planning and support in implementation (trade fairs, seminars with clients).
• Suport for the sales team in creating or adapting marketing materials for clients (including trade marketing materials).
