- Minimum 5 years experience in marketing and relationships with clients and partners, preferably in the IT industry
- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences
- Good understanding of information technologies
- Preferably a good understanding of the hospitality industry
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Ability to organize and carry out multiple projects at the same time
- Budget-management skills and proficiency
- Professional judgment and discretion that comes from experience in the field
- Ability to work in interdepartmental teams
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production etc.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Passionate to work with customers
- Knowledge of digital marketing, including website analytics, setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great communication
- University degree, preferable in Marketing/ Communication/IT

We are a successful and fast-growing company specialized in IT services for the hospitality industry. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to help us build and execute a marketing strategy which will support our objective of becoming the lead provider of IT services in our industry.
This will imply working with our product development teams to grow our portfolio by identifying for each product or service a specific project with a current or potential client and by constantly representing on the list of requirements of our development teams those products or services that are needed or desired by customers, thus ensuring that our portfolio is always aligned with the market requirements.
More specifically, the mandate has the following components:
Strategy
- Serve as ACROM’s expert advisor for the development and implementation of marketing strategies
- Develop a marketing plan focused on achieving ACROM’s strategic goals
- Create quarterly planning objectives and reporting for ensuring tactics are managed on time and on budget, and accountable to measurement KPIs
- Provide graphic design and content development for digital, print, and collateral material, as requested
- Manage public relations resources to accomplish the objectives as described in the marketing plan
- Provide strategic campaign support, including planning, development, and execution; multi-channel outreach; and branded material development
- Support ACROM’s internal marketing needs by providing integrated collateral templates
- Provide (or work with specialized suppliers to provide) website design, development, and content services, as needed.
- Provide social media strategy development, content, and execution (possibly with specialized supplier).
- Conduct market research to identify target industry segments with the highest revenue generating probability, as needed
- Conduct customer surveys, as needed
- Advising ACROM on maintaining brand consistency
- Making recommendations on brand advancement
