Candidatul Ideal

Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will take ownership of all marketing and brand communication efforts. This role is ideal for a dynamic marketer who brings a strong understanding of both digital strategy and creative execution, with the ability to drive engagement, sales, and brand awareness across multiple channels.
You will work cross-functionally with internal teams (e-commerce, sales, PR, visual merchandising) and external partners (creative agencies, media buyers, PR agencies), with a special focus on social media platforms (Meta & TikTok) and public relations collaborations.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital and brand marketing, ideally in retail, fashion, or beauty industries
Strong command of Meta Business Suite, Instagram Reels, TikTok For Business, and social media KPIs
Proven ability to drive successful engagement and growth on TikTok and Instagram, understanding how to create trend-driven, authentic content
Experience managing and collaborating with PR agencies, with a track record of securing media coverage and managing influencer relations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Romanian
Proficiency in content creation, basic DTP/graphic skills, and SEO principles
Strategic thinker with strong project management and analytical capabilities
Passionate about luxury, fashion, and brand storytelling
A creative problem-solver and self-starter with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
Develop and implement a comprehensive omni-channel marketing strategy aligned with the brand’s short-, medium-, and long-term goals
Lead integrated campaigns across digital, PR, in-store, and influencer channels with a focus on driving traffic, engagement, and conversion
Manage and evolve brand positioning across owned and paid media touchpoints

Social Media Strategy & Content Management
Design and implement targeted content strategies across Meta platforms and TikTok
Drive platform-specific content that resonates with audiences, leveraging trends, audio, and visual storytelling
Develop a content calendar and collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and influencers to create high-quality, on-brand posts
Use analytics to evaluate performance and continuously optimize reach, engagement, and follower growth
Successfully manage community engagement, including replies, DMs, and user-generated content

Digital Marketing & Analytics
Oversee SEO/SEM, Google Ads, email campaigns, and website traffic optimization
Analyze KPIs and customer journey data across all digital touchpoints to enhance performance and ROI
Plan and execute A/B tests and conversion experiments to improve lead generation and e-commerce success

PR & External Collaboration
Act as the main point of contact for PR agencies, coordinating campaign objectives, press releases, media events, influencer partnerships, and brand coverage
Ensure PR initiatives are aligned with broader marketing campaigns and seasonal calendars
Support and attend brand launches, media events, and industry functions to represent the company and strengthen brand presence

Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Work closely with E-commerce, Sales, and Visual Merchandising to ensure alignment on messaging, promotions, and brand vision
Coordinate production and logistics for offline marketing assets, including point-of-sale materials, catalogs, and lookbooks
Liaise with printing houses and creative vendors for DTP production and execution
