I am looking for a Marketing Manager for a shopping center in Cluj Napoca.
Requirements:
- relevant experience in marketing activities (including online marketing);
- studies in marketing field;
- experience in managing marketing budgets;
- experience in developing the marketing platform, communication, PR and events strategies;
- experience in a similar role is a big plus;
- previous experience in real estate is an advantage;
- English knowledge is a must;
- MS Office skills;
- communication skills.

Role:
The person is responsible among others for developing the marketing platform,
communication, PR and events strategies.
Responsabilities:
- Define targeted image of the Shopping Centre and Brand;
- Define the brand attributers, personality and values;
- Define and preserve the brand attributes and guidelines that will be the base of all marketing and communication materials in relation with the brand;
- Improve marketing efforts with strategic partnership/barters meant to enhance the visibility and
traffic of the shopping centre;
- Setup and impose the tactical and image objectives for the affiliated agencies/3rd parties.
- Organize and analyse customer based market research in accordance with the established budgets;
- Define customers profile;
- Set up and present superior marketing propositions;
- Improvement of marketing position (ranking of malls);
- Set up permanent and temporary core attractions;
- Find innovative promotions and marketing channels;
- Design or find new anchor events for Mall;
- Develop and maintaining a platform with a consistent program throughout the year;
- Design customer loyalty programs, gift cards;
- Set new standards for Mall in permanent and seasonal decoration (Spring, Easter, Fashion, Xmas);
- Evaluate, propose and upon approval implement improvement of signage;
- Be a part of the management team in enhancing marketing strategies and development of the Mall;
- Act as a local guardian for all brand values and features in order to preserve a coherent and consistent communication strategy;
- Evaluate the success of marketing, communication and PR incorporating these into the strategic planning process as part of a cycle of continuous improvement;
- Responsible for: marketing strategy, pitches, marketing mix, mall advertising, shopping centre web site and social media;
- Provides the Annual Marketing Budget Planning one year in advance.
