We're looking for a Market Researcher for our energetic research team specializing in the Romanian construction market.

Proficiency in cold calling is particularly important to us, so you should already feel comfortable picking up the phone and driving conversations that lead to results. What really matters is your motivation and your ability to connect with people.

You are:

• Excellent at communication (both spoken and written)
• Fluent in Romanian, with advanced English
• Confident, convincing, and highly motivated
• Experienced in cold calling, resilient and result-oriented
• Comfortable working with Windows, Google Workspace, Online Research
• Open-minded, positive and proactive
• Familiar with construction industry terms (advantage)

• Get in touch with developers, designers, contractors on the phone
• Identify new construction projects
• Build long-term, trust-based professional relationships
• Deliver professional, solution-oriented customer support
