We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Country Manager to lead the development of Eiluminat in the Greek market and help build the local operation together with our team in Romania.
We are searching for a highly organized, proactive, and autonomous person with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong operational and commercial coordination skills.
The ideal candidate should have:
Experience in operational management, sales, or business development
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
A responsible, solution-oriented, and results-driven attitude
The ability to coordinate teams and business processes
Attention to detail and analytical thinking
Adaptability and fast execution capabilities
Good English language skills
Greek language knowledge is considered a major advantage
Experience in e-commerce, retail, home & decor, lighting, or construction industries is a plus

Someone able to develop and manage local business relationships

Job Description
As Country Manager Greece, you will be responsible for developing and growing the Eiluminat brand on the Greek market. This is a key entrepreneurial role focused on business development, sales growth, operational coordination, and long-term market expansion.
You will work closely with the management team in Romania while having the autonomy to build and grow the local operation in Greece.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and grow the Eiluminat brand presence in Greece
Coordinate and support the launch and growth of the online store and showroom operations
Identify new sales opportunities and strategic partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and local collaborators
Coordinate local operational activities and ensure smooth business execution
Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and market trends
Contribute to marketing, brand positioning, and local business strategy
Help recruit, coordinate, and develop local teams when needed
Ensure excellent customer experience and support continuous sales growth
Actively participate in scaling the business and improving operational efficiency
This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to be directly involved in building and growing a business in a fast-developing international environment.
Benefits:
Fixed salary starting from 5,000 RON/month
Performance-based commission from total sales generated across the entire Greek operation (online store + showroom)

No salary ceiling for high performers
Transport expenses covered for business-related travel between Greece and Romania
Flexible work setup, including partial remote work from Greece
Accommodation/rent support can be provided if necessary
