Manager project Control Room

(Management profile with a strong technical background)
- Technicians with a Higher Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Advanced technical knowledge of networks and communications
- Advanced knowledge of Windows systems
- Advanced knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel
- Knowledge of databases
- Languages: English, level B1 or B2 (intermediate or intermediate)

- Oversee the operation of remote parking management
- Oversee the operation of all remote parking control systems (audio, video, controls, alarms, etc.)
- Improve the operating protocols of the IPKH CC
- Conduct operational audits of all systems
- Monitor call volumes, response times, response times, and incident resolution
- Manage incidents with different suppliers
- Report periodically to the Operations and IT Departments
- Manage staff under their supervision (2 Control Center Supervisors and operators)
