As the Director of Operations within the food industry, you'll take full ownership over the entire operations. You will take a hands-on approach and deliver strategic operational leadership across all aspects of operations including food production, warehouse management, picking, logistics, factory management and everything in between.

What you'll bring:
- 5-7+ years of Manufacturing experience in Food (Catering, Ready to eat, Cooked food is a major plus).
- Experience with managing a large scale teams and operations.
- Experience in negotiation and collaboration with third parties.
- Continuous improvement mindset and consistently identifying and applying cost reduction projects.
- An authentic leader, who’s able to build strong relationships, clearly communicate and motivate, and drive accountability in all levels.
- An effective collaborator, who empowers and enables others to share ideas, raises awareness, gets buy-in, and and delivers fast and well-rounded solutions to complex problems.
- An analytical mind who’s willing to get into the weeds of data and make decisions accordingly.

What you'll do:
- Lead the entire operations with a team of warehouse, production, kitchen, picking, logistics and Q&S managers.
- Build a high-performing customer-focused environment committed to delivering the highest quality product to our customers.
- Ensure and control that factory process flows are driven by Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures
- Responsible for target setting and maximizing on-time delivery, food quality and consistency, labor and production efficiency, picking accuracy and speed.
- Promote, monitor and perform continuous improvement and automation to enhance efficiency, food quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Map out, drive and continuously improve the day-to-day operations in a hyper-growth environment, effectively engaging, motivating and directing the team to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of customer orders.
- Collaborate closely with the sales & marketing department, to deliver ambitious and innovative projects for the end consumer.
- Negotiate, finalize, and manage contracts with 3rd party vendors.
- Develop a mindset across the entire team of identifying opportunities, facilitating root-cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and delivering positive and focused change.
- Perform people evaluation, sustain the collaborative & feedback culture and empower the leading team.
- Full ownership over the P&L of the facility, and analyze shift performance to identify operational opportunities, trends, and potential cost-saving improvements.
- Provide cross-functional leadership from the front lines and immerse yourself in the trenches to optimize productivity, promote growth, problem solve anomalies, encourage innovative ideas, and create an excellent culture.
- Develop an incentive/ bonus program for all employees to increase productivity by linking reward to performance.
- Analyze shift performance to identify, develop, roll out, and manage standard operating procedures, visual tools, and checklists to ensure we are a process-driven operation.
- Collaborate with authorities and ensure that all processes specific to the activity are in accordance with the applicable regulations.
- Oversee building maintenance, ensure facility cleanliness, and manage the maintenance of facility and utilities equipment, prioritizing safety and operational efficiency.
