Descrierea jobului
- Coordoneaza activitatea zilnica a Team Leaderilor si a echipelor din subordine.
- Monitorizeaza performanta echipelor si asigura indeplinirea obiectivelor individuale si de echipa.
- Se asigura ca indicatorii de performanta (KPI-uri) sunt respectati, inclusiv planificarea, programarea, procedurile si codul de conduita.
- Gestioneaza activitatea operationala a site-ului din Brasov (procese, fluxuri, organizare).
- Analizeaza rezultatele operationale si propune masuri de imbunatatire a performantei si productivitatii.
- Identifica si implementeaza oportunitati de optimizare a proceselor si de standardizare a activitatii.
- Sustine Team Leaderii in gestionarea situatiilor dificile, escaladarilor si provocarilor operationale.
- Construieste si mentine o comunicare eficienta cu stakeholderii cheie ai clientului, actionand ca punct principal de contact pentru aspecte operationale.
- Participa la sedinte interne si externe si prezinta indicatorii de performanta si rezultatele operationale.
- Asigura raportarea corecta si la timp a rezultatelor catre management si clienti.
- Ofera suport, coaching si indrumare Team Leaderilor si membrilor echipei.
- Promoveaza bunele practici si incurajeaza schimbul de know-how in cadrul echipei.
- Creeaza si mentine un mediu de lucru pozitiv, orientat spre rezultate si dezvoltare continua.
