- Experienta anterioara de minim 3-5 ani intr-o pozitie de management hotelier.
- Experienta in cresterea veniturilor prin tehnici de vanzare.
- Cunostinte solide de operare pe calculator si utilizarea software-urilor specifice.
- Abilitati de negociere si relationare cu partenerii (agenti economici, autoritati locale etc.).
- Abilitati excelente de comunicare.
- Capacitate de rezolvare a problemelor sub presiune si atentie distributiva.
- Atitudine proactiva, carisma si diplomatie in relatia cu clientii.

Responsabilitati principale:
Management operational: Coordonarea zilnica a departamentelor (Receptie, Housekeeping, Restaurant, Mentenanta) pentru mentinerea standardelor.
Organizare evenimente: Planificarea, vanzarea si coordonarea evenimentelor.
Managementul calitatii: Monitorizarea satisfactiei oaspetilor si implementarea de masuri pentru imbunatatirea constanta a serviciilor.
Leadership: Recrutarea, formarea si motivarea personalului din subordine.
Management operational: Coordonarea zilnica a departamentelor (Receptie, Housekeeping, Restaurant, Mentenanta) pentru mentinerea standardelor.
