About you
As an Affiliate Manager in the casino and gambling industry, your primary responsibility is to manage relationships with affiliate partners and maximize their contributions to the growth of the company. Your job description may include:
Identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships with affiliate partners who will promote the casino or gambling website.
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to maximize the performance of affiliate partnerships, including commission structures, promotions, and other incentives.
Analyzing data and monitoring the performance of affiliate partners, to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize their performance.
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, and maintaining strong relationships with regulatory bodies and industry organizations.
Providing timely and effective support to affiliates, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing performance reports.
Collaborating with other teams within the company, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure alignment of affiliate strategies with overall business goals.
Monitoring and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, including changes in regulations and emerging technologies.
Attending industry conferences and events to network with potential affiliate partners and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Developing and managing budgets and financial forecasts for affiliate marketing programs.
Project Duration: Long Term
Effort: 8 hours per day with 30min lunch break
Location: Office, Cluj-Napoca, Romania
