Coordination of maintenance team (mechanics &electrician) to ensure minimum downtime due to machine setting and breakdown.
Responsible for multi skilling technical team.
Responsible for fabric Spreading machines, auto cutting machines, Air compressor system, All type of sewing machines, Heat transfer application machines, and all other machines available in the factory.
Evaluate and Analyze downtime tracking systems ( KMR+D-Fetch ) and take necessary actions timely manner to avoid delays.
Responsible for Spare parts, Needles, and technical equipment inventory management.
Responsible for maintaining company car, trucks fleet.
Preparation of annual maintenance budget.
Responsible for factory building maintenance and factory premises maintenance.
Responsible for sustainability initiatives to reduce carbon footprint.
Responsible for follow up available maintenance contracts and establish new maintenance contracts if required.
Coordination with production team to improve quick changeover time proactively.
Responsible for special projects assigned by administrator.
