Loss Prevention Coordinator

• Prior experience in Loss Prevention, preferably within the retail sector;
• Availability for frequent travel - Driver’s License – cat. B;
• Strong communication, interpersonal and training skills;
• Very good organizational skills and detail oriented; high level of organization of their own work and self-reliance in action;
• Proactive approach to solving problems at various levels and demonstrating creativity in the process;
• Energetic person with solid work ethic, a team player with a persistent drive for continuous learning, development, and self-improvement;
• Very good knowledge of the English language;
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Prior experience as a Store Manager within a retail company will be an advantage.

• Taking charge of building and coordinating the loss prevention strategy in the assigned region;
• Identifying and evaluating risk categories within store areas, and implementing preventive measures;
• Developing and improving internal audit standards, techniques, and practices, aiming for continuously improvement of audit effectiveness;
• Ensuring the proper functioning of internal control systems;
• Developing and implementing comprehensive internal procedures for loss prevention;
• Conducting audits and overseeing compliance with safety policies and procedures in stores;
• Monitoring the implementation of audit recommendations;
• Conducting trainings on the existing rules, procedures and methodologies in loss prevention;
• Managing and supervising safety technologies, including but not limited to CCTV systems.
• Cooperation and reporting to a central office, close cooperation with other departments.
